Un petit dimanche pluvieux, quoi de mieux que des cup cakes colorés pour égayer la journée!!
Why not make some colorful cup cakes on a rainy sunday afternoon!!

Je fait la recette de gâteau au chocolat de Pierrette et je fait deux douzaines de petits gâteaux. Ensuite, il suffit de laisser les enfants s’amuser à les décorer.
I used the chocolate cake recipe from Pierrette to make 2 dozens cup cakes. Then you just let the kids take care of the decorations!

Gâteau au chocolat - Chocolate cake

Préparation: 30 minutes –Cuisson/cooking: 20 minutes –Portions: 24 cup cakes

Ingredients

1/2 cup of butter
2 eggs
1 1/4 cups of white sugar
1/2 cup of cacao fry
2 1/2 cup of flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract

Method

1. Heat the oven at 375°F (190°C).

2. In a bowl, cream the butter and add the sugar and eggs, mix well and add the cacao

3. Sift the flour with baking powder, baking soda and salt

4. Add the milk and the flour to the first mix.

5. Add the vanilla extract

6. Grease molds and fill with the mix

7. Cook in the oven for about 30 min.
